My first try on making bread and I choose to bake cinnamon rolls. I did not manage to make cream cheese frosting on it due to tight schedule. Glad that it still turn out great.

Ingredients:
Dough:
350g bread flour
1 egg
40g brown sugar
60g salted butter
1 1/4 instant yeast
160ml fresh milk
Fillings:
2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
50g brown sugar
60g salted butter
Raisins
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients of dough in mixing bowl and knead until it becomes elastic.
2. Mix all the fillings ingredients except raisins. Set aside.
3. Roll out the dough on surface.
4. Spread the filling mixture all over the dough and sprinkle raisins over the dough.
5. Roll the dough into a log and cut into 16 portions.
6. Place the rolls into greased square baking pan.
7. Cover and let it rise around double up the size for about 45 mins.
8. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius and bake for 20 mins until golden brown.
9. Remove roll from oven and serve hot.
